Russell Dalgetty is committed to his clients’ success. As the President and Broker, Russell develops creative commercial-real-estate finance solutions for clients in all asset classes to help them achieve their company growth aspirations.
With more than two decades of real estate and commercial lending experience, including 13 years in an executive banking role, clients can feel confident that they’re in good hands. Russell is well connected in the financial community; he has strong relationships with senior leaders for pension funds, life companies, private equity funds, and trusts across Canada. His financing expertise includes all asset classes of construction financing; land development; term debt for multi-family (including CMHC insured), commercial, and industrial (both investor product and owner-occupied); and special use.
Russell offers much more than basic commercial mortgage broker services. As a former small business owner in a highly competitive industry, Russell knows the daily operational pressures entrepreneurs face and understands how to plan strategically for the future. He works closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their company and commercial real estate goals to find the right financing match.

Samir is a dynamic and results-oriented financial strategist with over two decades of experience in commercial banking. He has a proven track record in managing diversified lending projects in various sectors including revolving builder lines, single and multi-family Construction, General Commercial Lending, Commercial Construction Financing and Heavy Equipment Finance. Samir excels in relationship management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation, consistently driving business growth and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. With a strong foundation in finance, he has held senior roles in major financial institutions, including Canadian Western Bank, Business Development Bank of Canada, TD Bank and ATB Financial. Samir holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from the University of Alberta.

With nearly 50 years of experience in lending, real estate sales management, and consulting, Dan Stewart delivers tailored capital solutions to meet complex real estate requirements. His extensive background includes lending and syndication experience with Royal Trust, Bank of America, Peoples Trust, Atrium MIC, and Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital, equipping him with deep expertise in arranging debt, equity participations, and syndication of shared first or separate first and second mortgages.
Dan specializes in providing higher-leverage financing options beyond conventional lenders, partnering with clients seeking equity solutions for their projects, and offering strategic consulting on property locations, deal structures, and capital sourcing.
